The place was packed, the very kind owner asked us if we wanted to wait a little and they immediately found us a place (there were 6 of us). They brought us a platter which was not rich but more of mixed land starters which were very good. The malloreddus with excellent sausage. The dish consisted of beef, horse, cooked cheese, chips and super salad (the dish was full). The staff were top notch, very friendly and very quick.

Fantastic. I think they made an exception by serving me a takeaway portion of very good stewed lamb. I was passing through and with very little time the place was completely full. Great because they understood that the substance in this case was more important than the form.

Dopo un bel giro in moto, abbiamo deciso di andare a visitare il pozzo sacro di santa Cristina. Visto che lì c’è anche il ristorante, ci siamo fermati per pranzo, naturalmente prenotando il giorno prima. Ottima cucina, abbondante e staff gentilissimo. 10+ . Costi nella media. Consigliatissimo.

Cibo e benessere sono strettamente connessi.
Da Gianky, si fa rifornimento anche per l'anima.
Luogo semplice, essenziale. Vissuto. Qualche attrezzo della tradizione contadina appeso sui muri e, nell'aria, la serenità del personale che ci lavora con gentilezza, attenzione ed efficienza.
Cibo squisito. Non molta scelta ma 1uella dettata dalle abitudini culinarie sarde. Tutto meravigliosente buono.
I prezzi sono adeguati alle porzioni. Certo, generalmente più alti rispetto a 2 anni fa ma questa è un'altra storia.
Consigliatissimo.
