A very well-kept and pleasant restaurant, chosen while we were in Nuoro for the New Year's Eve celebrations. The atmosphere is welcoming and the initial impression is decidedly positive.
We arrived at 12:20 for lunch on December 31st, but the dishes were not served until 2:10 PM. The wait was therefore quite long, probably influenced by the unusual day. During the wait, we were offered a small mashed potato, which was much appreciated, along with some unique and tasty toasted bread.
Meanwhile, we noticed that the dishes were being served to other tables, even to guests seated after us, giving the impression for a moment that there was a simple oversight in the dining room management. When the dishes finally arrived, we were already a bit full and were unable to appreciate them as they deserved.
The linguine with mussels and cherry tomatoes is excellent, truly well-executed. Overall, the menu is refined; as for the mutton ragù, however, the flavor seemed particularly intense and dominant, too strong for our tastes. We're also mentioning this because we're used to strong flavors, such as those of sheep, goat, or wild boar ragù, but in this case the flavor profile was more pronounced than expected. For this reason, we decided not to order the main courses.
Overall, the restaurant has great potential and interesting cuisine. We'll gladly return, confident that the experience on a different day might be more in line with our expectations.

Warm and refined atmosphere. Prompt and courteous service. The traditional dishes and specialty dishes were truly delicious. Good value for money. The house wine and olive oil were excellent. Recommended.

We ended up here completely by chance (checking on googlemap while passing by in our way to Orosei) and were delighted! The food was delicious, the place nicely decorated and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

This is a timeless restaurant framed in the beauty of all of Italy’s elegance. Full of colorful expression. The moment we entered the doors of the restaurant everyone was over-the-top welcoming. Mario and Gianfranco were the best hosts. I highly recommend this as a local dining experience.
