A little expensive but excellent quality

It's my favorite place in Salento. Fabio is a true master of hospitality and dining. He takes complete care, from the selection of ingredients to the suggestions for the dishes. He's always present and close to the tables, making this a unique experience thanks to his precise descriptions of the dishes. The vegetables have a flavor I haven't tasted in a long time. He's a master at preparing fish dishes, managing to bring out their flavors (we people from Bari say that in Salento they don't know how to cook fish, but Fabio is an exception!)... For me, when I'm in Salento, Fabio is a must-visit...for me, the best! P.S. The price is very fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes...I've been going there for several years and it's never disappointed. Highly recommended!!!
