Exceptional, we had dinner there 2 nights and the second one was really excellent even for me who am celiac and lactose intolerant and I was able to eat everything even with a variety of choices. I highly recommend it!

An example for Salento I invite all the restaurateurs of Salento to live the experience of a meal as incognito diners: there is really a lot to learn from Fabio! If we want to enhance our territory in a naturalist and authentic way, the restaurant Da Fabio can be an example to follow. It has become one of my favorite restaurants, you go there and you definitely eat well, plus you get full. We have always had appetizers and first courses and have always been satisfied with the quality that Fabio uses. Thanks for these evenings

09/07/2025: This place offers a 30-euro fixed menu created by the chef. You can't modify the menu or choose fewer courses, so I wouldn't recommend it for those on a diet, especially since we had a rich appetizer, a "sbagliata" amatriciana, and a pork cutlet for the main course. Finally, dessert!
