By coincidence which became luck, we were able to dine in this wonderful restaurant. Delicious and varied cuisine, composed exclusively of fresh products. And a remarkable team of staff. Thank you again, it was a moment that we will keep great memories of.

I was with my wife and a couple of friends, we had dinner in a historic and very welcoming environment, we opted for a tasting of various appetizers and first courses, all cooked to perfection (the chef's word) and the wine, a rosé primitivo, was also excellent cold at the right point, as for the bill I don't know since it was offered by friends, highly recommended, to return for sure 👍👍👍

Today, an important occasion like the family being reunited, led us to have lunch at a "little restaurant" that I had heard so much about but had never had the pleasure of trying. And what can I say...!? The pleasure was truly satisfied, a unique, graceful place, small but large in its remodeling, abandoned, dilapidated rooms, but tastefully recovered while maintaining the originality of a life spent and lived in those rooms. Here the Ristorantino da Fabio was born. We savored and enjoyed the traditional Salento cuisine, revisited and served with courtesy and elegance, a riot of taste and refinement for our taste buds, from appetizer to dessert, truly satisfied! A special compliment goes to the owner Fabio and all the staff for their courtesy and professionalism.

5 stars across the board. The food is simply mouth watering and the staff is very attentive and friendly. You can’t go wrong on any of the dishes, but the seafood is phenomenal. Would love to come back here soon!

Passion, culture, experience, research, humility make this place one of the best I have ever visited thanks to the work with a CAPITAL "L" of its owner, Fabio. Fresh and genuine food, pleasant and friendly staff and a welcoming and familiar environment. We are always happy to come back!!!

Exceptional service. The best I’ve had in Salento so far. As soon as I was finished, the plate was gone. Empty glass, offered a refill straight away. Food was delicious, fresh and filling and the prices very reasonable. They accommodated my crustacean allergy without a problem and although I didn’t get to taste the desserts, what I saw looked amazing. They even noticed we were feeling a little cold and as soon as they could (without us asking) they offered a table inside. The building is stunning too especially if you love history. Can’t wait to return.

07/11/2024: Food was okay. We ordered pizza to go twice. First time, simple margarita and 3 cheese. Was not bad but also not good. Margarita was sweet, three cheese was salty. The next time we asked for the most popular vegetarian and with meat. Was pretty awful. The veggie (sinatra) had no flavor at all, the meat was just a three cheese with baked pork. Soggy and flavorless. Worst part besides flavorless pizza was the girl at the front taking order, she had this i don't care vibe. Zero English and no attempt to help us figure things out even though I was using the Google translator. I guess overall if you need something to eat late at night this place is okay, but the service was like go screw yourselves. Luckily one of the waiters was nice enough to help us out. Just a heads up.
05/11/2024: For the first time, we took the classic versions of Margarita and Quattro Formag, the taste was normal, nothing special. Another day, the girl who takes orders was asked to recommend the best option for vegetarian and meat pizza. Of course, she doesn't speak English and just showed us the QR code of the menu. I understand that Italians don't care and few people speak English, but the facial expression and attitude is something... She called the guy who gave the recommendation, anyway. At home, we opened the packages (this is a separate topic - the boxes are not closed, the lids are put separately, probably saving money), it looked nothing like a pizza (Neopolitan and some others), but the taste was simply "Nothing", it was not even salty. A complete disappointment in terms of taste, because it definitely does not reach the status of "Best", as requested. I still understand if we came to some Bistro, but tasteless Italian pizza is too much.
