I spent four nights at the hotel on a family trip. I immediately felt at home, thanks in part to the courteous staff, who were friendly not only to us adults but also to the little ones. Very clean hotel, well-appointed room and very welcoming and pleasant staff. The breakfast served is very generous and includes Sicilian specialties. The hotel has a private beach right across the street and the town center is a very short walk away.

We had a special need and requested a service from the hotel that isn't included for non-guests. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for her helpfulness.

I've been staying here for four days and I'm very happy with it. I have a spacious room with a sea view. The furnishings and bed aren't exactly state-of-the-art, but they're comfortable and everything is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. The friendly owners and staff make you feel at home. The location is exceptional; you cross the barely-trafficked road, go down a few steps, and you're at the sea. What more could you ask for?

My partner and I stayed at this property, but unfortunately the experience was not the best. The rooms are not soundproofed, which makes it difficult to rest, especially when at 8 in the morning you hear doors slamming and the noise of keys and the key ring banging on the wood. The lack of an elevator on two floors should be clearly communicated before booking. It is up to the customer to inquire, that's fine, but it could be polite to say it when you first get information on the phone. The general atmosphere of the hotel is reminiscent of those 80s hotels seen in Gigi and Andrea films, and there are some unused parts that could be attractions: the common terrace, for example, is neglected and dirty, a real shame because the view is enchanting. Even the staff at the reception seemed rather detached, kind but not inclined to the true Hotel welcome. Having said that, the location is truly enviable: less than 20 seconds from the beach, with deckchairs and umbrellas included, reachable with about thirty steps, as soon as you leave the property. And a round of applause goes to the breakfast staff, extremely kind and attentive. With a little more care and attention to detail, it could become a much more pleasant structure, and that terrace, open to the public for aperitifs and sunsets, would be top!
