In the 4 years that I have been going on holiday to Corvara I have seen both the quality of the food and the staff grow, they are super professional... top super recommended

On July 6th, when I traveled from Ortisei to Cortina, the "Maratona dles Dolomites" was being held and I had to wait for over five hours in Corvara, but this hotel in front of the bus terminal kindly allowed me to use their restroom, which was a great help. The next time I go to the Dolomites, I'll consider staying in Corvara, which is close to both towns.

We had dinner here - the staff was helpful and welcoming. Vegan and gluten free options - marked on the menu. There was also an option of gluten free pasta. The hummus starter was nice and stracciatella pasta was delicious.
