Excellent trattoria: excellent cappelletti in broth, rabbit, herbs, and olives. Laura and her staff are always extremely kind. They are worthy successors to the great Adolfo Zaganti.

Dinner with friends last night at Zaganti. It's a classic, down-to-earth Romagna trattoria, where substance over form is the focus. We shared a bit of everything, starting with a simple yet hearty house appetizer of cured meats, pickled vegetables, and crostini. The first courses, tagliatelle with ragù and cappelletti in broth, were made with a rolling pin, as they should be. For the second courses, we opted for bold flavors: tripe (perhaps the best I've ever tasted), snails, and chicken cacciatore, all flavorful and typical local dishes. This was followed by a grilled meat with cabbage on the side. We finished with their signature porcospino, a squacquerone and fig mousse, and castagnole. The Vignalmonte di Podere Vecciano paired well throughout the evening. Don't expect stunning dishes or elaborate presentations, but solid cuisine and a casual, comfortable atmosphere without too many frills. The quality-price ratio is absolutely in line. Super friendly and helpful staff... I'll gladly go back!

Authentic food like it used to be!!! First courses to savor, second courses to enjoy, side dishes to devour... Friendly and helpful staff, reservations are a good idea.

Today, the whole family, two generations of us, returned to eat where our grandparents used to eat. They delighted us with cappelletti and passatelli, not to mention the ravioli and lasagna. The game, snails, and tripe main courses were also excellent. We really enjoyed it, thank you!

Perfect place for bikers, drivers, and even for lunch with family or friends! Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent homemade food, super fast service!!! I highly recommend it! Excellent value for money! As soon as I sat down, despite the place being full, it took just a few minutes from ordering to the food arriving!!! The rabbit alla ciacciatora was excellent!

Recommended by the B&B where we were staying. A typical Italian trattoria, which is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Traditional local cuisine. Almost unbeatable value for money. Very friendly staff! A special thanks to Mr. Andrea, who also acted as our guide for places to visit. Excellent parking available. Located on a road, easy to reach.
