Their "crudone" appetizer alone is worth a visit to this elegant yet unobtrusive place. A hidden paradise. The service is impeccable. The menu is announced at the table, as if it were a tavern, because the dishes vary according to the availability of the ingredients, but... you can't go wrong, no matter what you choose. The wine selection is also excellent. I have no idea about the price because I was a guest. However, with such fresh and high-quality products, they will be pricey; as they should be.

I went for the first time today, with a friend, and it was a sublime experience: attentive, meticulous, the dishes fantastic, diverse flavors with sophisticated and delicious combinations, like the amazing prawns wrapped in crispy bacon. Highly recommended!

Very fresh fish, excellent dishes, beautifully presented. Friendly staff. I have some concerns about the service, however: I find the lack of a paper menu or one that can be accessed via QR code a bit lacking. The list of dishes provided by the head waiter is long (but impeccable, and you can see the passion and preparation, it must be said) and you risk forgetting everything and choosing whatever sticks in your head. On the other hand, the wine by the glass selection was perhaps a bit rushed. The sommelier (I'm a colleague, by the way) didn't tell us the vintage or producer, and only mentioned the DOC appellation at my request. In short...

Five stars, but... For lunch, the three of us enjoyed everything from seafood. We had three appetizers featuring shellfish and mollusks (fried and steamed). For the first course, paccheri with lobster, and for dessert, a freshly prepared millefeuille, certainly the best I've ever eaten. The ingredients were excellent, and the prices, of course, corresponded. The initial "but" refers to the lack of a menu, which should be presented first. The decanting and presentation of the dishes was beautiful, but without having the cost of the various dishes in plain sight (which is incorrect). I waited until dessert and finally couldn't bring myself to ask for the menu! And this is absolutely not good, because if you aspire to be considered high-class, you have to start with the basics, and here the basics were completely ignored. But since I enjoy writing about food, I'm giving this place 5 stars.
