Una garanzia, come sempre. A distanza di mesi, abbiamo trovato un menù leggermente rinnovato, con qualche new entry veramente interessante. Pesce freschissimo, sashimi ottimo, una ampliata scelta di tartare. Rinforzata anche la carta dei vini. Scelta eccellente per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Quality food in all dishes, cooked well and light. Very fast, precise, well-kept environment with part of the kitchen in sight, adequate temperatures, not very noisy and compared to other sushi 🍣 also cheap, good job

I traveled several kilometers to eat here because it was highly recommended. All very good, nothing to say, the only personal flaw is the ordering system with the piece of paper and the pen. At the turn of 2025, writing dishes on a piece of paper may not be the most convenient solution, now there are tablets that automate orders. In any case, highly recommended.

18/01/2025: I think it is the best Japanese restaurant I have ever tried, very kind and welcoming staff always ready to explain everything you don't know, very high quality food, served neatly and brought very quickly, for example the salmon nigiri have a lot of salmon flavor UNIQUE! Kind enough to wait until you have finished the first to bring the second, I would like to specify the quality of the soy sauce, which you will not find in any other restaurant, truly excellent. I always come back, highly recommended for those who want to try a unique experience!
27/12/2024: High quality sushi and management of the place with attention to the smallest details, welcoming atmosphere and professional and extremely kind staff! I highly recommend it for dinner with friends but also for couples, try it and you won't regret it!
