Dream vacation! We discovered this charming hotel through friends. Located on the stunning Renon plateau, it offers a dreamlike view. The super-welcoming staff truly make you feel at home. Breakfast was plentiful and had many options, and dinner was also an all-you-can-eat buffet, offering truly excellent value! One thing that really surprised us was the attention to allergies (my wife can't eat gluten). The reception staff asked us if we had any food intolerances upon check-in, and the restaurant staff immediately told us what my wife was allowed to eat, even though it was specified on the food labels. They were truly kind and helpful. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time, the reception staff were very welcoming, and the location was stunning with a wonderful view. The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of pastries. Excellent value. We will definitely be back!

place surrounded by nature 20 minutes from the highway, excellent for a relaxing weekend, large breakfast, competent and polite staff, unfortunately I did not try the sauna because I only stayed one night

Renato contacted us before our arrival, sending us his location via WhatsApp—a simple but precious gesture—and greeted us with a sincere smile and lots of useful information about the area. 🍲 Dinner exceeded all expectations: an extraordinary goulash, rich in flavor and carefully prepared, and a rich, healthy, and authentic breakfast, with fresh, local products. 🛏️ The rooms are spotless and fragrant, some with spectacular mountain views that are enchanting in the morning. 🚗 Free parking, and for those traveling by motorbike, a covered gazebo with a small workshop. 🧘‍♀️ There's also a small, welcoming spa, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors, and in the summer, a hot tub with a mountain view—a true dream! 👧🐾 Ideal for families and pet-friendly: playrooms for children and pets welcome upon request. A place where you can experience authenticity, attention, and human warmth. We will definitely return, with hearts full of gratitude! 💚

Unfortunately, there was too much Italian influence in South Tyrol. We spent one night there; the room was very clean and the price was reasonable. Since we had spent almost the entire day in the car, we wanted to have dinner at the hotel. Dinner wasn't available until 7 pm, much too late, but due to a lack of alternatives nearby, we agreed. The menu in the dining room was only in Italian, a definite no-go in South Tyrol, and what we could piece together was more southern Italian than Alpine cuisine. We declined and decided to go to a local restaurant instead. We wouldn't book here again, as breakfast was also extremely poor and anything but good.

Hello. If you take the Klausen-Gröden exit, you'll have a difficult climb to the hotel. It's better to take the detour via the Bolzano Nord exit to the hotel. Less stress and hassle. Regarding the hotel: great location, simple and rustic rooms. Friendly staff. I can't comment on the breakfast, as we left for Italy early in the morning after an overnight stay.

For those looking for a quiet nature hotel, a car is a must on the mountaintop.

A superbly located hotel with a fantastic view, excellent breakfast and dinner, extremely friendly staff, very clean and functionally furnished rooms, and good value for money. Everything is perfect for a ***hotel. The bus stop for Klobenstein is nearby. We had a fantastic week of hiking and would love to come back.
