Too expensive for what you get. The spaghetti with sea urchins was good, but the sauce crunched under your teeth. The mixed fried seafood and vegetables were good, but they were full of French fries. No house wine. The terrace was very nice.

A seaside restaurant with a gorgeous terrace. Impeccable service, everyone friendly and helpful. Both pizza and pasta dishes are available. The charcoal-fired pizzas are excellent! We'll definitely be back!

Delicious pizza and location too! Friendly staff, but... spending 100 euros for 3 pizzas, 2 33-cl beers, 1 summer drink, 2 microfiltered waters, 2 desserts, 2 coffees... I won't be back!

This restaurant has a wonderful view from the terrace; it's incredible, and it's worth a visit for that alone. But if that weren't enough, we had a phenomenal dinner. The atmosphere was very pleasant, welcoming, and the staff was professional and attentive without being intrusive. We shared a plate of octopus with hummus that was delicious. Then, we had delicious spaghetti with clams and a plate of cod-stuffed paccheri with fonduta, which were truly exquisite. Two glasses of wine and a little water. 102 euros. A fair price for the service, the view, the tranquility, and the quality. Thank you!

We've eaten at this restaurant several times over the years and always had a great time. We liked the fact that every year we found the same staff, kind and helpful. The location is beautiful, above the Vittoria beach. I recommend booking to enjoy the sea view. This year, however, we were a little disappointed by the prices—not for the fish, but for the pizza. 3 Margheritas (27 euros), 3 covers (9 euros), a small bottled beer (7 euros), two bottles of microfiltered water, and a coffee... 54 euros. For a family, it's truly unbearable, considering we only ate one pizza, which was delicious, but not even elaborate. We understand that the costs are "justified" by various factors, but for us, it was too much. And with regret, we never returned. In any case, I continue to recommend it, especially for the fish...

Il Brigantino di Alassio

02/03/2026: I stayed at the Hotel Rosa in Alassio from February 26 to March 2 for work and had a great time. I'd start with the very positive experience preceding my arrival, with customer service directly on WhatsApp. I explained my situation regarding the uncertainty of my arrival time, and they were very willing to offer me flexibility. Upon my arrival, another pleasant surprise: they upgraded my room! It wasn't necessary, as I was traveling alone, but it was a very welcome and friendly gesture. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent: close to the train station and the city center, yet in a quiet area. You sleep well. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful. Last, but perhaps most importantly, the price was competitive! Super! There was also a gym, but I didn't have a chance to try it (though I did inspect the property, and it had plenty of equipment, something you don't usually find in hotels at this price). It is highly likely that for my future stay in Alassio, I will return to this hotel.
28/02/2026: A great place to relax, and Mrs. Ebe is exceptional, always available and friendly. For all the services, the clean room, the excellent breakfast, the polite and professional staff... and lastly, the excellent location for going to the beach or for a stroll along the promenade. For now, I'm enjoying my last few days, but I'll be back... thank you for everything.

10/11/2025: A nice place. We had an appetizer and a first course. Three of us had a bottle of wine, a coffee, and a liqueur. 130 euros. The quality and flavor are good. Perhaps a little too expensive.
