Good food, and the staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant isn't bad; the 3 is due to its location on a main road, which naturally has its advantages and disadvantages. The restaurant's hallmark is its use of local produce and fresh fish caught in the sea off the town in the evening and served the same day. Depending on the luck of the fish, this can sometimes limit the selection, but not the freshness.

A very welcoming place with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent: fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes, from the seafood appetizers to the desserts. The cheesecake, made with ricotta, chocolate chips, and pistachio cream, is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

We found this restaurant by chance while on our way without any reference. We had a fantastic meal with excellent pasta dishes recommended by the staff. We will definitely return to this restaurant when we return to Calabria!

This summer of 2025 has come to an end, and I'm pleased to share my experience of these past two months at the Venezia restaurant under the new management of chef Lorenzo and his family. A simple yet attentive welcome, top-notch service with a very professional tone. The menu features a maximum of three to four dishes per course, where fish, in a seaside location, reigns supreme. Catch of the day, raw fish, or local dishes, you certainly won't be disappointed, nor will you ever say it's not good - the chef's years in the north are evident in the preparation, where the eye also deserves its share, and that's very important to me. The flavors are delicate and never overpowering, neither salty nor spicy, as is often found in southern Italian dishes. The wine list is also interesting and tasty, both local and otherwise - seeing the Gewürztraminer in the cellar made me excited! I've been there often this summer, precisely because when I find quality, it's only right to reward those who make the effort to seek it out.
