Ristorante Vascello Fantasma In Laigueglia

We expected something very refined and very sophisticated in the dishes and flavors given the prices announced. The food is good but it's honestly way too expensive. 26€ a starter with tuna which doesn't have much taste (the seafood unfortunately didn't have much taste). The service is also too formal in relation to the dishes served. It was good but not exceptional given the price (150€ for 2).

Ristorante vicino al mare con tavoli sia all’interno che all’esterno. Servizio molto attento e cordiale, buona carta dei vini. Ottimo gli antipasti, buoni i primi, su cui si può ancora lavorare sul gusto. Conto piuttosto elevato (2 antipasti 2 primi 1 caffè e 1 bottiglia di vino 140 euro), ma assolutamente in linea con l’altissima qualità delle materie prime. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Very nice restaurant with a refined appearance, elegant staff, very helpful and always present. As for the dishes they serve, well what can I say, you can't find any faults! One dish better than the other! Truly delicious, congratulations to the chef(s)!!!! I took agnolotti stuffed with parmesan cream with dried fruit crumble and spicy caper powder (I wanted them to never end), veal bacon cooked at low temperature on potato foam with porcini mushrooms (there's little to comment on this too, it's delicious! !) my wife instead had swordfish tataki and the fresh catch of the day as an appetizer with her excellent feedback (she really enjoyed it). I'll let us look at the photos for the desserts but there's little to say we had a great time and the dinner was more than excellent and if I could give it more than 5 stars that would be my rating! Kudos to the restaurant!

We are in the seaside village of Laigueglia in one of the wonderful little squares and we choose to eat in the square, the service is truly at the top, kindness and professionalism, excellent food, equally wonderful wine, I recommend it

Excellent location with sea view, fine environment with trained and very welcoming staff. There is the possibility of eating both inside and outside the restaurant. The menu presents particular proposals and traditional dishes, all very successful.

Anche quest'estate ci siamo recati a cena al Vascello Fantasma, in famiglia. Le precedenti esperienze erano state molto positive ed abbiamo deciso (dopo aver vissuto esperienze fortemente negative altrove) di tornare laddove eravamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Locale d'atmosfera, con tavolini all'aperto in una piazzetta incantevole, atmosfera magica. Servizio curato e impeccabile. I piatti che lo chef ci ha proposto sono risultati tutti bellissimi come presentazione ed ottimi al palato. Dalla tatin di cipolla belendina (eccezionale) alla bull di astice (meravigliosa presentazione) per poi procedere con dei paccheri con triglia e crumble, un'orata al forno con patate ed i profumi/sapori della liguria (semplice forse nell'idea ma realizzata con grande maestria). Infine i dolci che sono risultati eleganti e buoni. Il tutto accompagnato dal Vermentino ligure di Imperia e di Diano, per rimanere a tema. Rapporto qualità prezzo corretti. complimenti
