Quiet, welcoming, rustic and familiar atmosphere. Welcoming, courteous and smiling owners and waiters who immediately put you at ease. Carefully prepared dishes of the Italian tradition with interesting contaminations with the tastes and traditions of the cuisines of other countries. Recommended.

The food and wine were incredible. Only potential concern was that when I paid with the fork I was informed that tips on the fork go to the owner and not the workers. If this is true shame on the owner.

I was disappointed with the food. While the presentation was appealing, the taste fell short. We ordered two pasta dishes, which were bland. I hope the restaurant considers revisiting the menu or providing additional training for the kitchen staff, as the service and atmosphere were quite enjoyable.

We came with a group of 40 French people for dinner at Va.do and we all loved our experience. The food is delicious, the service super organized, the team is very friendly and Valentina who helped us organize our evening was great before and during the dinner. Many thanks to her and the whole team for this gourmet and friendly moment.

We ate here upon our arrival in Rome. Excellent restaurant, very high-quality dishes. We ate very well: truffle ravioli, excellent carbonara pasta! You can go there with your eyes closed!

A place waiting to be discovered. Let's start with the food which I would define as superlative at an accessible price and absolutely normal. Attentive, helpful and decidedly customer-oriented service. Everyone was courteous and polite. They came to the table specifically to ask if we had any intolerances or allergies. Youthful, multi-ethnic, fresh environment. I will return every time I pass through Rome
