We were invited by friends who were staying in this hotel. The structure is extraordinary, the restaurant with a window overlooking the lake. The impeccable service, meticulous and refined dishes, 5 stars in all. BRAVI.

Very attractive location, with attention to detail and in harmony with the context. View of the lake and the city of Riva del Garda. Excellent quality dishes and very friendly and professional staff.

La Baita dello Speck

18/12/2024: It rarely happens but sometimes it happens: you have a desire for a specific dish and you find the chef who in all sincerity tells you: "it's a dish we used to make, but now we don't make it anymore" but if you want I'll make it for you. And so it was that we suddenly felt the need for 6 stars, a need that was further confirmed by the traditional Trentino passito wine (which enjoys the longest drying period in the world) and by the best strudel in the world
18/09/2024: We ate a pretzel with speck and hot cheese! It was SO GOOD 🤤 If you are in Canazei or even just passing through I absolutely recommend it!

25/12/2024: We had lunch at Christmas; everything perfect from the food, to the service and the beauty of the location which enjoys a beautiful and wide view. I gave some dishes a 10, such as the pumpkin flan 🎃 with sabbionara fondue and potato and leek cream and roasted scallop...... I would stay here again and recommend it. Christmas 2024 we returned for lunch and I confirm the 5 star review.
