Cozy place with amazing panoramic view, friendly staff. I've been there a few times for lunch and I can confirm that the service is a little slow, but for me it is synonymous with quality because the food is freshly prepared and you can tell by how good (as well as plentiful) the dishes are. Price more than honest, definitely recommended place
