You wait at the entrance until a waitress accompanies you to the tables and once seated you are asked what drink you want, drinks are only ordered at the table. Almost like in a self-service restaurant you queue for the desired dish, almost, because you can only take one dish and once consumed you get up and queue again for another dish or the same one. The service is very fast and everything flows perfectly. In the first courses 2/3 proposals of pasta and 1/2 of rice, in the second courses usually 2 possibilities. Wide choice of cooked and raw vegetables, lots of green vegetables.
Lots of fruit and sweets in the dessert.
To pay you have to queue at the cash register.
The menu is currently €12 excluding drinks and this offer is only valid for lunch from Monday to Friday.
The environment is predominantly workers on break.
Personally, I don't appreciate that the names of the dishes or the ingredients are not shown in front of the dishes offered.

The location isn't much but the dishes (first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts) are good and plentiful. Very cheap for lunch. The staff is kind. I always come back very willingly

I came to this place attracted by the name, potential atmosphere and photos of the food. The place itself is quite specific, inside, as befits a red bull, mainly men eat meat and drink beer, probably after work. The restaurant is located in the industrial district of Olbia. The atmosphere is very casual, but very masculine, the service is professional, although they don't seem to have an English menu. I ordered a breaded cutlet with bone. It was served with lemon sour mayonnaise sauce and baked potatoes. The cutlet itself was very fatty and the breading was so thick that there was no need to cover the meat with potatoes. The sauce and lemon were also mutually exclusive, overall the dish was quite average. My companion ordered pasta in cheese sauce with green pesto and dried tomatoes. It tasted quite bland. The food was definitely not the star of the evening, but it was certainly possible to eat enough and feel the masculine atmosphere of the restaurant, which I really liked (less so for my partner :p).
