During a cruise excursion to Pompeii, my wife and I were given some free time. We decided to stop in to Ristorante Suisse for lunch and were not disappointed.
We were seated quickly by the friendly staff and ordered a single Margherita pizza to share. The pizza was delivered hot and quick and was absolutely AMAZING!
Overall great experience. And thankful for the quick service given we needed to meet back up with our tour group. Grazie!

Went there first for breakfast, had the traditional colazione italiano, cappuccino e cornetto, which was pretty good. Went back for lunch after our guided tour of Pompei, our guide, an archaeologist got us a table really quickly. Food was decent, although our 17 year old daughter waited a long time for her bubble tea.
Would I come back for breakfast, most likely, for lunch? We'll see.

I was here with my family after visiting the Pompeii archaeological site. We quickly got a table without a reservation. It was pleasantly cool in the restaurant's garden despite the 39 degrees Celsius outside. The service is very well organized; we were served quickly and very friendly. We highly recommend the pizza, beer, cola, freshly squeezed juices, and espresso. It's not a tourist trap. The many tourists quickly find a relaxing break here. The prices are reasonable.
Unfortunately, the music was a bit too loud for our liking.
We can recommend the restaurant.

After a visit to Pompeii, we ate at this restaurant. The service was very friendly and accommodating. This is especially noteworthy, as tourists are constantly coming and going here. The food and drinks were served quickly. The pizza we ordered was delicious. The mixed salad was fresh and there was nothing to complain about. This is a tourist hotspot, and you shouldn't expect normal prices. The prices are certainly higher. But we would come again.

I don't know why it has so few stars; it's not a 5-star restaurant, of course, but it does the job perfectly. It's not a tourist trap; the food is delicious; the pizzas alone would have been enough for two. A special mention to the waitress, who with a huge smile recommended all the dishes. The dessert... ugh, it came in all by itself. Thanks, Sharon! 😊
