This restaurant far exceeded our expectations! I can honesty say, while the reviews are good, this restaurant should be one not to miss in Ortisei! We absolutely loved everything from the food, to the service, ambiance, staff…the chef clearly invests time and energy and creativity in this this restaurant! It is evident in the dishes, quality of ingredients, presentation, and amazing staff! We couldn’t find a menu online and we figured out it’s because the dishes vary depending on what’s fresh and in season. I loved the Greek salad I had, my husband’s white veal pasta was flavorful and the pasta cooked to perfection! He had excellent lamb chops and I thoroughly enjoyed a tender, juicy and flavorful rib-eye. For dessert we had white chocolate caramelized pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil over gelato. Ridiculously delicious! Outstanding experience and I hope lots of people read this and give Wine Bar Zirm a try!

Food is amazing! Everything was cooked to perfection, the friendly staff were very helpful and made sure to recommend dishes that met our requirements.

Actually, we only came to the Zirm by chance, as it is close to the hotel. We were surprised with a great welcome, a great wine recommendation, good service and wonderful food!

From the moment we walked through the door, everything was a delight. The atmosphere is warm, pleasant, very well cared for, especially the details, from the glass, the wine glass, the crockery, everything is chosen with great taste. The food was delicious! Artichokes, sashimi, meat and seabass! Supreme! They have an amazing assortment of wines. And of all, what was second to none was the attention and service, KIND, KIND, KIND and very HELPFUL. When I return to Ortisei I will repeat for sure.

We were warmly welcomed into a wonderful, quiet atmosphere. The wine list is really top and the food is sensational. Everything is just right there.
