All food was amazing, best cacio e pepe of my life. All beverages that were recommended fully aligned with our taste and served on right temperature.

Lunch with a friendly host on a sunny terrace. A glass of white wine, a tuna tartare and an Americano for dessert. It doesn't get much nicer than that.

We had amazing time at Zirm. They know their craft. The food was delicious complex but simple at the same time, the wine pairing perfectly matched, beautifully executed and served. Thank you for your hospitality and lovely experience at your place. Sure will be back next year ❤️

For me it is the best restaurant in Ortisei! Both the meat and fish are cooked in a wonderful way. Excellent choice of wines.

02/05/2025: Anche in una giornata fredda e un po' nuvolosa di primavera si apprezzano l'ambiente montano e il laghetto con i pontili su cui rilassarsi e prendere il sole. Lo strudel è ottimo e il servizio sollecito e cortese
