I recently dined at the *Stravento* restaurant and the experience was simply wonderful. The location is breathtaking: it is literally located on the sea, with a spectacular view that makes the atmosphere unique and relaxing. Having dinner with the sound of the waves in the background is something magical, even more beautiful at sunset!
The service was equally good. The staff is attentive and kind, always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The courtesy with which we were welcomed and looked after during dinner made everything even more pleasant.
*Stravento* is the ideal place for those looking for a romantic dinner or simply want to enjoy a meal with their eyes too. Absolutely recommended!

This restaurant is for those who love the sea in the total involvement of their senses, from flavors to aromas through to the sound of the sea just a few meters away. The cuisine presents itself as a reinterpretation of typical local dishes with some licenses that are not always perfectly successful. Overall it was definitely a positive experience.

Dream location with the waves that accompany the wonderful tasting of genuine flavours. The tasting of appetizers confirms the mastery of the chef and the high quality of the products. First. Busiate with amberjack, vegetable cream and crunchy almonds... Describing the goodness and the explosion of flavors would be really difficult but believe me, you should absolutely try it. Finally the service. Nothing to envy of a starred restaurant. Attentive, friendly, quick and discreet service.
The levels achieved in this restaurant are truly very high

An obligatory stop if you are passing through Trapani and want to taste good couscous and typical Trapani/Sicilian cuisine.
Friendly staff, efficient service, fast and clean, excellent raw materials, prices that match the quality offered, terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the castle.

Elegant restaurant with a pleasant and relaxing sea view. The menu is very original, with pairings and combinations that are certainly different and more elaborate than many other restaurants. The fish is very fresh and this is easily identifiable from the first taste, not to mention the catch of the day which is reworked into both first courses and very interesting second courses. A great value is the service offered by the dining room staff, all highly trained, very fast and ready for any explanation before delivering the dish to each diner. The price is absolutely right for the quality and professionalism offered. I will definitely be back!

Ecco credo proprio di poter dire che questo ristorante nella nostra “food list” si è piazzato al primo posto! Locale ampio con dehorn proprio fronte mare, riservatezza, qualità delle materie prime, impiattamento, servizio, bontà dei piatti al massimo livello…davvero piatti che si ricordano ancora a vacanza finita come le busiate con pistacchi e ricciola, cous cous alla trapanese con tranci di pesce spettacolare, come la parmigiana di pesce…e come per finire i dolci, la rivisitazione della cassata siciliana, a dir poco sublime!!! Il conto proporzionato all’esperienza stra positiva in un ristorante eccellente!!! Quindi non mancate di provarlo!!! A voi bravissimi continuate così!!!

Siamo ritornati dopo un anno in questo locale, perché la prima esperienza era stata molto positiva. Questa seconda volta è stata una conferma della qualità del ristorante Stravento. Il personale di sala è attento a qualsiasi tua esigenza, cortese, sa trovare soluzione a tutto.
Inoltre hanno soddisfatto appieno la voglia di una cena "normale" per mia figlia che è celiaca. Non le hanno proposto la solita pasta al pomodoro, ma la pasta con i condimenti presenti in menù.
I piatti proposti non sono i soliti che si trovano nei tipici ristoranti di pesce, ma diversi, buoni. Abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevole. Per noi questo ristorante è un punto di riferimento a Trapani. In programma c'è una cena in estate con una bella vista mare.
