Well done, Excellent female-run gluten-free bakery. They prepare any delicacy from bread, pizza, piadine, cascioni, brioches, supplying some places on the Romagna Riviera with their own products, as it is not easy to find gluten free preparations. Everything here is gluten free, a paradise. There is also frozen fresh pasta. Delicious home-baked rolls, cakes and brownies are also there. The owner patiently explains everything. Even brought fresh cake from the kitchen for us. And most importantly, everything is very, very tasty. The best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten. Without exaggeration! The prices are extremely moderate at €6 - €10.50 for a pizza.

Five stars are too few for the kindness of the staff and the quality of the ingredients. From pizza to bread, excellent toast and cakes, in short everything they offer is made with care and delicious... I would go back to Cattolica just to stock up on their products! They also supply several places in the area, if you happen to come across them don't hesitate to stop by

As a celiac I gorged myself on this little gluten-free paradise, excellent quality of both sweet and savory dishes, especially the freshly made pizza. The place was a very pleasant discovery.

31/08/2024: Wonderful place on the beach. The octopus is spectacular and the mixed Frito is from another planet. We will be back next year. The dessert is also worth mentioning. A thousand thanks

20/07/2024: A real gem a stone's throw from Santarcangelo! Let me start by saying that it is not the first time I go to La Scaletta and I always come back very willingly. Last night too, my partner and I were having dinner and relaxing in their little garden which in summer is the real gem of the place. We had dinner with very good mixed crostini and really excellent rabbit hunter! Gratin vegetables and finally homemade cakes; the ricotta and peach sbrisolona is our favorite! I recommend it to anyone looking for a place away from the chaos and heat of the town and who wants to enjoy some healthy relaxation in an oasis of peace and greenery while enjoying simple and tasty dishes
