Great stay! Highly recommend. Staff was helpful, breakfast was complete and delicious. Shower got really hot and AC worked perfectly. This spot is also great because it’s close to a bus stop to take you to downtown sorrento or the marina.

A good hotel, a 10-minute walk from the center of Sorrento. Paid parking is available, and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with both sweet and savory options. Very friendly staff.

I will start by saying I am very particular about where I am staying while traveling. My two priorities are safety and cleanliness. That being said, I had a great experience here. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and helped me bring my bags to my room. I cannot remember his name but he works the night shift. I was here on a budget so I knew what I was getting into in terms of how big the room would be and transportation/convenience. If you’re looking for the “American all inclusive convenience,” this is not for you. However, room was clean (a hair here or there, a fly came in through my balcony, this is to be expected). Yes, you can hear the people in other rooms and coming up the stairs. I’m a light sleeper and I was not bothered by it. Room is small, I had a suitcase and a backpack and managed just fine. Bathroom did have an odd smell when the fan was on but didn’t bother me. Breakfast was very good. There were mostly sweet options, I guess this is normal in Italy from what I’ve seen in the restaurants. A nice lady was going around and taking coffee orders. Coffee was great. In terms of transportation, there is a bus at the campground just around the curve, it is 2 euro. The bus is never on schedule so just get there when you get there. The road is busy and there are no sidewalks. If you use your common sense, you’ll be fine. I was alone and felt safe the whole time. My only slight complaint was the power lines blocking the view. I was in room 109, but wish I was in a higher up room. I didn’t say anything about it so that one is on me. I checked reviews before coming here and really didn't know what to believe since it ranged from great to awful reviews, so I was a bit nervous. Overall, if you go in with the expectation of average then it will exceed that. I never had any issues and my stay was great. As a travel agent, I would absolutely suggest this hotel to those who want to see sorrento on a budget!

Welcoming, clean, and beautiful place! The staff were all incredibly kind and made you feel pampered! The owner, Giovanni, and the very sweet Elisabetta are wonderful, friendly, and helpful people! It was a pleasure to come down in the morning and receive your usual question, "How are you?" with that beautiful smile, and they went out of their way to accommodate all our needs (even the most absurd ones!) Zoey, the furry owner of the hotel, was also beautiful... I felt like I was part of the family... finding people like that in such an enchanting place was a dream! Excellent location for tranquility and at the same time close to everything... Thank you ❤️

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean, and welcoming. The room was spacious, bright, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spectacular view. The staff was extremely kind and professional: always available to offer advice and accommodate any request with a smile. The breakfast was also excellent, generous and varied, with fresh, quality products. The location is excellent, given its proximity to the center. At the same time, the hotel is located in a quieter, less busy area of ​​Sorrento, making it much quieter and less noisy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and impeccable service. I would definitely stay here again!
