Ristorante Spicy In Sorrento

Undoubtedly a positive experience. I accompanied a school group on a school trip to the Sorrento coast and this location met our expectations both for the friendly welcome and for the rich breakfast and the variety and abundance of the dinner. Highly recommended!

Excellent international breakfast, nice reception and excellent welcome, the room was a little dated but it was large and the TV didn't get many channels

We stayed with 2 couples at the beginning of October, the room is not big but it met our needs. Very good breakfast, lots of variety. There is no elevator. We recommend it

Comfortable, clean and well furnished hotel. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. The highlight was definitely the courteous and helpful staff. Hotel that met expectations in every way.

Unfortunately we were able to stay 1 night, since there was no availability the next day, something we would have loved. We loved our stay, beautiful hotel, 100/10 service, the friendliness of the receptionists, the great willingness to do everything, from the first moment. I don't remember the names but the girl has helped us with everything, a magnificent Spaniard, friendly, kind, the afternoon gentleman too, we wanted to get tickets to see Napoli, he helped us find out where. The optimal breakfast, complete, fresh products, variety of pastries, fruits, sweets, breads. The girl who serves the coffees, super friendly. The location is very good, walking down to the center in 20 minutes. Congratulations to the entire team, a great group of professionals. This is how the accommodation is nice. We would definitely return and it goes without saying that we recommend it 100%. Thanks again to the team of professionals for being so warm and congratulations💙. 🇦🇷

Excellent hotel, very complete and delicious breakfast, very nice rooms and bathrooms, and above all the attention of Vinchenso 🤍 who welcomed us and carried our luggage, very pleasant and polite, Elizabetta, Maria. I recommend it!!

The customer service at Hotel Spicy is definitely top-notch, and I cannot complain about it. However, the room was very small. We had a tough time finding a place to store our luggage and even opening it. The washroom was extremely cramped and wasn’t even big enough for a single person to use. The toilet and sink were so close together that you couldn’t the toilet without being face to face with the sink. Furthermore, there was no designated shampoo or conditioner, just one small container that was supposed to serve as shampoo and conditioner. The shower was very cramped and uncomfortable to use, especially for my wife to wash her hair as movement was restricted. The location was decent; there was a shuttle bus service that you could pay to take you to central Sorrento. The breakfast was average. It was a Continental breakfast with a large variety of cakes. If you enjoy cake, you’ll definitely love the morning spread. Overall, my experience was average, with only the customer service standing out as really good at this hotel.
