I discovered this restaurant by chance in Riano. The food was excellent, especially the mixed grill. Definitely worth a try.

The meat deserves 5 stars.
Bruschetta 4 (excellent bread and oil, terrible tomato).
First course, alas, 2 stars (overcooked pasta the first time, the second time an amatriciana with literally two pieces of bacon and watery sauce).

Staff 3 (waiter who doesn't take orders is friendly, smiles, polite, etc.)
The waiter who takes orders is rushed (he tells you the dishes all at once when there's no one else at the table at that moment because he's in a hurry, you can't understand anything, he's not very friendly otherwise, he seems a little stressed, but nothing serious).

How nice to end up by chance in a trattoria like those of the past, when the quality and genuineness of the food and the people counted. Unfortunately, many places like this have given way to stereotypical places that have seen one, seen them all and with menus that are all the same. Thanks to those like Capoccione who hold high the flag of true catering from the good old days!!!
