The hotel is very beautiful and big, the service is very good, reception very helpful, room is clean, they use nuxe for the washing products, breakfast also good. I recommend.

Excellent relay. For those who love tranquility it is truly relaxing. Accurate service, excellent breakfast, good dinner, rooms equipped with every comfort. A special thank you to the receptionists Monica and Laura for their great courtesy and helpfulness as well as their impeccable professionalism. I would recommend it to anyone.

Almost everything is good there. Clean, tasty, beautiful, great view from the window. There was only one flaw that spoiled our last night of vacation. The mattress in room 202 is so hard that my husband and I felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Sleep was lost, we are tired. But in the other room, the children's room, everything was fine.

A very good spa hotel in a quiet location not far from Biella. Free parking, pool for relaxation. Very good service and delicious breakfast. I recommend!

Purtroppo deludente il ristorante, dall insalata dove presentava foglie scure congelate, al primo di mare spaghetti quadrati ai frutti di mare dove i frutti di mare solo roba congelata al dolce con una presentazione veramente superficiale ....il prezzo assolutamente sbagliato per la qualità.

15/12/2024: La pizza è spettacolare, con un equilibrio perfetto tra impasto, salsa e condimenti. Ogni boccone racconta la passione e la cura con cui viene preparata. Il personale è sempre sorridente e disponibile, il locale è pulito e ben arredato. Ideale per una cena speciale o una serata informale.

09/05/2024: conosco il locale molto bene e lo ritengo fra i migliori del biellese. ottima cucina non banale e sempre ricercata. personale cordiale e disponibile. un locale che raccomando. peccato le dimensioni che purtroppo comportano che spesso non ci sia posto. meriterebbero un locale leggermente rinnovato e più grande ma per gli affezionati va bene così .. bravissimi
