Beautiful location, very comfortable swimming pool, new and equipped gym. Excellent à la carte restaurant, breakfast has a good choice but not for vegans, lactose intolerant or celiacs. The rooms are a sore point, unfortunately the carpet is stained in some places and doesn't make a good impression, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Very very hard mattresses that do not guarantee a restful sleep and the same thing with the pillows. With a different quality of beds this structure could really make a difference.

Very quiet and relaxing place. Friendly and helpful staff. Free access swimming pool (towels for deckchairs can be rented if necessary). Spacious restaurant and breakfast, the cuisine is of the highest level. Comfortable room equipped with AC, TV, minibar and small safe with customizable pin. There is also a spa and padel courts. Internal parking. All in all: divine experience.

Purtroppo deludente il ristorante, dall insalata dove presentava foglie scure congelate, al primo di mare spaghetti quadrati ai frutti di mare dove i frutti di mare solo roba congelata al dolce con una presentazione veramente superficiale ....il prezzo assolutamente sbagliato per la qualità.

After a long drive, we were planning to stay in Biella, but all the hotels were full. One of the helpful hotel staffers suggested Santo Stefano, and we were VERY pleasantly surprised! I am happy we did not stay in Biella, as we would have never found this place. Great place and value for the money. Restaurant staff was excellent.

Siamo stati due volte per mangiare alla carta e poi per provare la pizza gourmet. Devo dire che in generale le pietanze potrebbero essere migliorate e rese un po piú gustose questo vale anche per la pizza. Il servizio l'ho trovato un po spento e insicuro. Se ci si lavora dietro bene potrebbe diventare un buon punto di riferimento anche perché la location é molto bella e affascinanente.
