Great family weekend experience. The staff were very friendly overall.

I spent a Sunday at the Relais's spa and loved everything: the facilities, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the professionalism. The atmosphere was intimate and pleasant. We opted for a spa + aperitif package, which was also excellent.

Everything was excellent, from the service to the staff to the location. I recommend it for both work and relaxation.

We stayed just one night to celebrate a birthday. Everything was exceptional, from the welcome to the magnificent restaurant with its exquisite, carefully prepared dishes. The pool was very clean, with someone always available to resolve any issues, and the bar was well-stocked with very professional staff.

SUPERB MASSAGE SERVICE, 5 STARS. BUT... We stayed in the most beautiful suite with an indoor spa. Too many little things that didn't make us appreciate it. The hot tub was missing pieces of the water nozzles, the tub was surrounded by a yellow haze due to a lack of proper cleaning, the Gessi sink was completely stained inside, and other small things. Sorry, but I'm picky. Dinner was nothing special, veal with tuna sauce was very dry, the wait staff was almost annoyed by our presence, the reservation was made at 8 PM, the appetizer (of cured meats) was at 8:45 PM, we ordered something else and it was delivered at 10 PM... we weren't in a hurry, but... they're small things, but for a suite in a 4-star hotel.
