This incredible little restaurant deserves more than the five stars I can give it. The Menu was plentiful. My spaghetti Al Vongole was the best pasta I have had in Rome. But the 6th star comes from Eliza, who engaged us and delighted us with her humour and spirit. Thank you so much.

11/11/2025: had an absolutely wonderful time at Um Roms Mille Pigneto. The service was superb - our waiter was professional, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was incredibly fresh and exceptional in both flavor and presentation. Every dish tasted like it was made with care and high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience in Pigneto - I'll definitely be coming back!
11/11/2025: we got recommended by a local to try this place as tourists. short to say we were all amazed by the server Fabio who is extrmely knowlegable about the food and wines and made our experience wonderful. 10/10 reccomend
