What a great find in the heart of Pisa’s old town! I was traveling with my young daughter on our last day in Italy. We arrived in Pisa tired and hungry, and after a walk to the Tower, I was desperate for a good, reasonably priced meal. We passed on two other restaurants due to the high prices—understandable given the location, but my budget was already tight. Then we came across this gem—not far from the Tower, with outdoor seating and just the right amount of shade. The waiter, I wish I had caught his name, greeted us immediately, quickly found us a table, and chatted kindly to my daughter in Italian while I took a moment to settle in. I ordered the carbonara, and my daughter had tomato pasta. They offer a kids’ menu at half price and brought her a coloring book right away. The bill—for both pastas, a large bottle of water, and a coffee—was barely €22. The food was delicious. I didn’t expect much from the carbonara, but I finished the whole plate—and so did my daughter! The waiter was an absolute star. He checked on us just enough, gave us space to relax, and didn’t mind me trying out my broken Italian. He truly made our last day in Italy a lovely one. If the waiter happens to read this: we were at table 2 on the 19th of May—a mum with a little blonde-haired girl. Thank you for your kindness!

We spontaneously stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced (especially for the location). Unfortunately, the Aperol wasn't tasty. The service wasn't particularly friendly, and we had to pay later at the cash register.

Very good food, both pasta and desserts, and drinks are also very good (you can find promotions, e.g. for Aperol). Prices are very affordable, especially considering the location. Courteous service. The place itself could perhaps be a bit more atmospheric, but it defends itself with food, and that's the most important thing. A place worth recommending.

Used to managing the super influx of tourists, excellent service, confidential but correct, very fresh food, perfect relaxation... recommended!

Went with friends, we booked the outdoor table and even though we arrived before the time the table was set and the owner didn't complain. I had a pizza, really good, I recommend it. Restaurant in a strategic and quiet location. The dishes are plentiful but just right for one person and the menu also has dishes for celiacs. The waiters were kind and helpful. Advise!

Beautiful restaurant, my friends and I booked a table for 1.15pm, but we arrived earlier: the owner didn't make any complaints, and indeed: the table was already ready and they immediately gave us the menus. I ordered, and although it took them a while to arrive, the wait was well-intentioned as the food was excellent, we didn't have any difficulties even with one of our friends who had celiac disease, as there was a variety of food for her. In essence: it is a truly recommended restaurant, excellent and also cheap for how much you eat.

An unforgettable experience. The food is wonderful and the waiters are very nice. It was very good. Being of Italian origin I am demanding with Italian cuisine but I must say this restaurant impressed me. Keep it up.

Came for a quick drink before more sightseeing. 6.50 for a bowl of crisps and the strongest spritz I've ever had. Was absolutely battered wandering around that cathedral. 5 stars would come again.
