Ristorante Santa Maria In Aglientu

A month ago I was on holiday in Sardinia and I stopped by Aglientu. We had a great time. At low prices we ate a lot and well! The lemon ravioli are delicious and I recommend them to everyone. Really great food and great welcome.

Nice and well looked after place. Let me be clear that it IS NOT the classic restaurant where you sit and are served. I don't understand the reviews that complain about the cover charge because there is no table service: the cover charge does not include waiter service. If you can't imagine getting up to go to the counter to get your plate, you can choose another place, right? Kind and friendly staff, truly golden people. Excellent food, without a doubt the best eaten in Sardinia. The pasta is very fresh. I recommend the trio of first courses to be able to try more things. It's difficult to leave without buying some pasta to take home 😅 Fish just as good, desserts too - I've never eaten such a light but still full-bodied and tasty seada. I don't even agree with the complaints about costs, it's the least expensive place we ate in and the farmhouses in the area ALL have a fixed menu which starts at a minimum of €40 per person, here you can get by even with less.

one word: ACCIULEDDI. go and ask for the acciuleddi, if you don't like sweets ask for the traditional Gallura ravioli, with lemon and parsley, to eat with tomato sauce and grated pecorino.

Lovely place and very friendly staff. The cuisine is excellent. 100% worth visiting!

Let me start by saying that there is no service (like fast food). This is a shop with the production of fresh and homemade pasta, from pasta to dry and non-typical Sardinian desserts. Furthermore, it offers the opportunity to eat in the lovely and fresh outdoor space. Excellent the ravioli are delicate, the octopus and potatoes are delicious, the seadas SUPER. Courteous service at the counter.

Delicious food in a nice courtyard. The gentleman who helped us was nice and helpful. We passed here on our way to Olbia and then we saw this tent. I'm glad we stopped here for a delicious lunch. Highly recommended.

A nice place in a small place, I recommend it for eating well and spending the right amount. The place doesn't have table service so you have to get up and go get it, a very intimate and particular interior. I recommend the trio of fresh pasta.

Family atmosphere and home cooking! The linguine with seafood is excellent. The pasta is homemade, the sweet ravioli and seadas are excellent!!! I will definitely be back!
