09/01/2026: We went for dinner and got a table without a reservation. The ambiance is lovely, a great restaurant. It was a bit chilly next to the glass wall, but everyone has a different temperature tolerance.
The food was a real treat. Simply fantastic in taste, presented with great care. A work of art with a real flair for refinement. You can immediately tell and taste that a professional chef of the highest caliber is cooking here, someone who knows and loves their craft. Top-notch!!
Now, unfortunately, comes a big BUT. We have never felt so badly treated by a server, namely, by Marco. Yes, I admit, after a long drive, we hadn't dressed up, but do you treat guests in suits differently than those in jeans and a sweater? No smiles, no asking if we wanted anything, no explanation of the dishes, no wine recommendations, snide remarks, and frantic flipping through the wine list to show that I shouldn't take the page number as the price. No attention to detail and a lot of arrogance. The girl was very friendly and accommodating, and she even took over our table when the restaurant started to fill up. I was relieved, but it still bothered me a lot because I've never experienced service like that before. It's a real shame.
03/01/2026: A carefully curated tasting menu, never predictable, with sophisticated pairings. Beef and red mullet tartare, superb!!!
