All positive! Cleanliness, food, organization, very strategic location, friendliness of the owners and all the staff, whom we thank for their availability. I also add "comfortable mattresses with toppers" which is not so obvious for a three-star h8otel.

25/07/2025: The fregola was superb. Very good. It's a shame there wasn't much of it. It was a first course, not an appetizer. The frying wasn't very careful; we waited a long time and were then a bit disappointed, not with the quality of the fish, which was incredibly fresh, but with the quantity and attention to detail. You can't just get the prawn head after a half-hour wait. We didn't order anything else because I was afraid of waiting any longer, which would be unnerving for me.
23/07/2025: Too bad we got a table next to the air conditioner even though the restaurant wasn't full, and ants 🐜 were crawling up the table legs. The food was good but not exceptional, and the fish platter wasn't very generous. At least one squid was missing. The wine by the glass was very small.

05/08/2025: Nice ambience, a bit secluded and quiet, friendly service, good food, a bit on the expensive side, but absolutely fine.
10/07/2025: We ordered a pizza with burrata, how can I put it... There were 5 melted spots chasing each other. Quite shameful considering they are more expensive than many places in Cabras. I don't recommend it even though the pizza still tastes good and it's a shame because it's just a tourist trap.
