If you are in Fiumicino you cannot miss passing by here.
There is no dish that is not excellent. Selection of exceptional meats that are cooked directly in the embers of the wood-fired oven. I absolutely recommend, to begin with, trying their supplì (incredible) and Roman-style artichokes, and accompanying the meat with their fried potatoes (which are not the frozen ones, but are fresh and fried by them at the moment).

Siamo stati con amici in questo ristorante che offre vari piatti, ma è specializzato nella carne alla brace. C'è un bancone di fronte al camino in cui sono disponibili i vari tagli, e le porzioni vengono fatte al momento e messe in cottura. Abbiamo preso un antipasto semplice e niente primo per dare spazio alla carne. Oltre ai tagli classici ci sono anche fegatini, bistecche di collo, spuntature, ecc.. Dolci buoni.
Personale attento e disponibile.
Sale grandi e disponibilità di posti, ma penso convenga andare presto.
Prezzi non economici, ma con la carne di qualità è normale.

Entrando nel locale si respira la storia. Bellissime le foto appese al muro che raccontano la storia del locale. Il personale di sala è stato cortese e gentile. Ottime le bruschette. Ottime le fettuccine ai funghi porcini mentre buone le pappardelle al cinghiale e castagne (il cinghiale non era impeccabile e le castagne erano pressocché inesistenti). Nel complesso buono il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. La prossima volta tornerò per assaggiare sicuramente la carne cotta alla brace.
