The place is a bit retro, it looks like a place from the seventies, but well looked after. The butcher's counter is spectacular, with different cuts of meat, high-quality and beautiful to look at. Choose your favorite cut and they cook it for you on a huge brazier. For example, we opted for a black angus T-bone weighing almost 3 kg, four inches high, which we placed in the center of the table already cut into pieces, but always composed in the original shape. Perfectly cooked, soft and tasty, excellent quality meat. Impeccable service. For carnivores it is a paradise.

A large and well-organised place, it has a small dedicated car park, is managed by courteous, attentive and efficient staff and offers cuisine mainly inspired by the Roman tradition, but the absolute queen of dishes is... meat. This is displayed on a specific counter, near the embers, and is presented by a boy who illustrates its characteristics and, based on the customers' indications, prepares the various cuts to be grilled. The result is of a high standard... for the quality of the product and the skill of those responsible for cooking. There were four of us and we consumed 2 kg of excellent Danish and 2 of very good Simmental. The beers on tap are also excellent. We were not surprised by the fried potatoes.

If you want to eat a nice Florentine steak, you are in the right place. Very good brazier, he lets you choose the cut, the cooking and many other details.... And he respects them to the letter. I'm a lover of rare meat with coarse salt, and when I go there they never disappoint me🤩

The place is very large, suitable for families or groups! Wide choice of food, including traditional Roman appetizers and first courses and a large assortment of meats to choose from at the counter! The products are very good. The service is fast and the environment is informal. Parking suffers from space and is limited.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante su consiglio di alcuni amici. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti poiché abbiamo potuto degustare alcuni piatti tipici della cucina romana: rigatoni alla amatriciana e spaghetti cacio e pepe, fantastici carciofi e cicoria ripassata, puntarelle e carne grigliata tenerissima. In ultimo un budino della casa squisito. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Superconsigliato

Nothing to say, we were 11 people, service was normal for a sunny Sunday. All good, especially the porchetta, very spicy. Good first courses, the carbonara was appreciated, meat that you can choose directly at the counter is very good. Average desserts, very friendly offered coffee. I recommend it.

Abbiamo voluto provare vista la grande affluenza notata nei pressi del ristorante con macchine parcheggiate anche bordo strada. Non ce ne siamo pentiti, ottima scelta! Abbiamo mangiato carne molto buona, cottura perfetta e molto apprezzato il format del bancone a vista con selezione del pezzo di carne direttamente al banco dal cliente, buona varietà di scelta con razze pregiate e carne locale, prezzo variabile in base al tipo di carne a parità di buono standard qualitativo del prodotto. Location e servizio semplici e diretti, conto assolutamente soddisfacente 70€ totali per due belle bistecche da 300-400gr, 2 calici, due contorni e 1 dolce.
