Some of the best Indian food I have ever had in my life! Yellow tarka dal and muglai chicken were amazing! The raita tasted homemade and the samosa was delicious

When you need a break from Italian food and you're craving authentic Indian, go here! My friend and I stopped in one afternoon for lunch and it was delicious. The great service and menu advice was appreciated. Very friendly atmosphere.

We were so sick of eating pizza. Royal India Restaurant was fresh culinary breeze for us. Really delicious food, and the people working there are extremely nice and warm if you want to hold a conversation. 5 stars from me. Daal tadka and paneer do pyaza are a must try

I ordered on Deliveroo bc it was raining outside and I’m staying far from the restaurant. I ordered enough for dinner and for lunch the following day and chose this place based on reviews and photos and I will say, it was a very satisfying dinner! Very authentic! I ordered the Beghan Bartha (eggplant puree) and palak (spinaci) ceci (spinach puree with garbanzo beans) and shrimp briyani. I really loved my dishes, especially the curries. But what was the biggest relief is how good the beghan bartha was bc when traveling in Europe, some restaurants aren’t authentically run by Indians and they will get this dish wrong. I especially liked how there was an alternative to palak paneer as I had too much cheese on this trip, the garbanzo bean option instead was awesome! Well done! Looking forward to coming in the restaurant in my next visits to Florence !

14/04/2025: Delicious food, lovely place. The service was also great: the person working there is very kind. Also, a great value for money comparing the price and the quality of food.
12/04/2025: Don't be fooled by the surroundings but come in! Very nice and clean place. Soft and unobtrusive music. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful equipment. Food presented in beautiful containers but above all excellent. Fair prices. I recommend paneer pakora (cheese battered and fried), cheese naan (like piadina filled with cheese), butter chicken (chicken in a slightly spicy but very delicate and pleasant tomato and cream sauce) and gulab jamun (balls with the consistency of a babà soaked in syrup or water and sugar): everything was excellent. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the world. One of those addresses to save and return to.

09/04/2025: indian food is my favorite. Too bad couldn't take better pictures of the food for I was too hungry and wanted to eat. Food was good and portions were reasonable. Both thr vegetarian and non very options were good. Place is clean and service was fast. There is a taxi abandoned right in front of the reaturant and it is a walking distance to the main square
