About 30 years ago, when I was a child, I used to go to this place with my parents. I returned today, and the atmosphere is still the same: authentic, family-like, and delicious. We ordered a savory strudel, a melted cheese with sides (chard, potatoes, and polenta), and a mixed grill. Everything was exceptionally good and in generous portions.
The waitresses were very kind and always smiling. Counting the round trip, I drove 200+ kilometers just to return to Ristorante Rossi, and it was worth it.
As great as it was many years ago.

Congratulations! We've been coming back to this restaurant for years because of the delicious food (the dumplings are excellent), the friendly service, and Mery's kindness and skill. When you're there, be sure to ask her to say hello.

On behalf of the entire Abarth Club Vicenza, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Rossi Restaurant in Luserna for the excellent hospitality we received during our recent gathering.
We were welcomed with great professionalism and courtesy. The lunch was simply superb, especially your canederli, which delighted all attendees with their authentic flavor and impeccable preparation. A true triumph of Trentino cuisine that warmed our hearts and stomachs.

A lovely restaurant in Luserna's main square. There's also outdoor seating. I had the canedreli with ragu, which were good but a bit dry; perhaps the ones in broth were better. Anyway, if you're in the area, it's worth a stop.
