A quality restaurant, offering original and elaborate dishes in a very pleasant setting. Lake Viverone plays its part.

Excellent restaurant, probably best at lunchtime, where you can enjoy the lake view. The ravioli filled with sea bass, potatoes, and lime, topped with melted butter, edamame, and salmon roe, are excellent. An incredible explosion of flavors. 🤩 The owner was very kind, and stopped by for a chat and to offer us tips on the area.

We had lunch at Ristorante Rolle in Viverone on August 15th and can say we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cuisine was a real surprise: carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the chef's attention to balancing flavors and portions. Each course won us over, so much so that we can truly say we ate excellently. The only slightly less comfortable aspect was the heat on the outdoor veranda: unfortunately, the mid-August holiday was particularly muggy, and the climate made it difficult to breathe and enjoy the dishes comfortably. For this reason, we ate slightly less than expected. However, we must highlight the helpfulness and kindness of the staff: attentive, courteous, and ready to find solutions. In fact, seeing our difficulty, they immediately offered us the option of moving inside, where we could finish lunch in a much cooler and more comfortable environment. This gesture truly made a difference, demonstrating their professionalism and care for their customers. Overall, it was a very positive experience: excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a staff that knows how to make guests feel at ease. Despite the small inconvenience of the heat, we'll gladly return another time, perhaps on a less muggy day, to fully enjoy everything Rolle has to offer.

We visited this restaurant looking for a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful view, away from the hustle and bustle of the lakeside bars. We found what we were looking for: an elegant and well-appointed interior; the option of dining outside on the terrace, although given the very humid evening, we opted for the air-conditioned interior. The staff, when they could, accommodated our request for a table with a view, and we particularly appreciated the change. The refined and unique dishes were much appreciated. Prices are slightly high, but in line with the restaurant's caliber. The "hens," each different, are charming and serve as a decorative feature at each table, and not only that...

Un grande parcheggio dove lasciare l'auto e fare quattro passi per raggiungere il ristorante. Il cortile si presenta ben curato e con una bolla vetrata, dove si può cenare con vista sul lago e sui tetti sottostanti ( romantico, però tutti quelli che passano ti vedono ... ). La sal interna bella con grandi vetrate verso il lago, la mise en place corretta. Servizio buono. Cibo buono, senza pretese. Conto adeguato

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura Viverone Lake Rooms, e la prima sera abbiamo deciso di fermarci a cena nel ristorante della struttura. Scelta più felice non poteva essere fatta!! Bella, anzi bellissima, la sala ristorante, elegante, calda, accogliente, non rumorosa, con vista sul lago dalle finestre del nostro tavolo! Gentili e cortesi i due camerieri che si sono alternati al nostro tavolo e non si sono limitati a servire ma hanno, con discrezione, accompagnato il lavoro scambiando qualche battuta con la clientela ( cosa sempre apprezzabile!). E poi…il cibo! Cestino del pane con piccole proposte molto sfiziose. Antipastino ( per l’attesa del risotto) con eccellente giardiniera, ottimo vitello tonnato, e intrigante insalata russa accompagnata da pane carasau. Il risotto al baccalà con riduzione allo spritz merita un viaggio !!!! Ci siamo spinti anche al secondo, nonostante la fame fosse già in buona parte saziata: calamari ripieni con crema di piselli e menta e coregone con panatura di pane panko e salvia ( e patate al forno!). Un aiuto a concludere in bellezza è venuto dal sorbetto alla mela verde con mirtilli e granella!! Tutto innaffiato da Erbaluce dí Orsolani ( decisamente fruttato, particolare). Bravi…bravi !!
