Incredible quality of food and excellent presentation. Worth the the 40mn drive in the end… The veal and the cannelloni was particularly impressive. Service a bit slow, but again, it was worth the wait.

Anzitutto ci si trova immersi in una bella atmosfera nella campagna piacentina. Bella location e buon gusto ovunque. Accoglienza ottima come il menù: un'esplosione di fantasia e creatività sulla quale svetta da anni il celeberrimo Tortino di cipolle al tartufo nero: irresistibile omaggio dello chef Carla al suo Maestro Georges Cogny e, forse, l'unico piatto a restare immutato e immutabile nel menù che, invece, segue le stagioni e i rispettivi prodotti tipici. Feschezza, sapore e creatività regnano ovunque. Ottima la cantina curata da Maurizio con passione e competenza. Rapporto prezzo/qualità più che onesto. Un solo avviso: state attenti a grissini e al pane fatto in casa ricco di variazioni e cura: da assuefazione. A mio avviso il miglior ristorante in provincia di Piacenza!

I have known this restaurant for several decades, and it continues to improve over time. Cuisine based on high quality products, put together with skill and great balance, and presented very well. The wines are among the best in the area. Personally I have never had difficulty finding parking right in front of the restaurant.
