We returned to this restaurant after many years and I must say that it does not disappoint. We ordered a truly excellent risotto with radicchio and asiago cheese. The al dente rice, the taste of the cheese and radicchio blended perfectly. The portion is generous, just the way I like it. For second I had Venetian liver, a dish that you hardly find anymore. This is also an excellent dish. The costs were adjusted to absolutely average. The waitress who served us was kind and smiling friendly. The gentleman who took the orders was instead detached and hasty without a smile. We saw all the others as friendly.

This restaurant is historic and even over time it has always maintained a very well-kept restaurant and the food is good even without spending a lot, the staff is very friendly and professional, thank goodness they are still there

27/01/2025: I have had the opportunity to have lunch several times at this restaurant and I must always say with great satisfaction. The location is splendid among the hills of Arfanta, the service is excellent from the staff who are always very kind, the spit is superb and the choice of wines is wide. Highly recommended.
22/01/2025: I came back for the meat skewer, a local tradition of mixed meats that rotate near the flame of a Valais fireplace, over a wood fire. It's an old man knowing how to make fire and cook chunks of beef, pork, rabbit and chicken. It all takes hours of curing and cooking. It is worth it, together with the mixed side dishes of roasted polenta and wild vegetables Well done! And fair prices. Don't forget the dessert with red passito di refrontolo with marzemino grapes and almond pieces.
