Palm Sunday lunch in this historic restaurant in Castelfranco Veneto. Very large pleasant and welcoming environment with many rooms available for every occasion... The tagliatelle with rabbit and truffle ragù and the asparagus risotto were normal (maybe an extra minute of cooking wouldn't have hurt... The Venetian liver is good, the octopus is good, the goose breast is more interesting. All accompanied by a good Cabernet Franc throughout the meal. Courteous and professional table service. A place suitable for all age groups, including families. Large free outdoor parking in front of the venue. Prices in line with the place....

I had lunch for the first time in this historic restaurant. I was able to taste the wonderful boiled meat served on a trolley and portioned directly at the table accompanied by delicious side dishes. Impeccable service. What can I say...highly recommended!

I was invited so I can't say how much was spent but if there had been a waiter worthy of that name the service stars could also have increased.

Osteria La Trave

26/07/2025: A traditional, understated atmosphere where you're welcomed and served with kindness by the owners and staff. The menu offers a good selection, from appetizers to dessert, featuring carefully crafted and varied traditional Venetian cuisine. Although this osteria is somewhat off the beaten track in the area, and has unusual opening hours, it's definitely worth a visit, with reservations required.
22/07/2025: Amazing cuisine,…. abbondante portions,… very reasonable prices,… I have eaten there many times and have never been disappointed,…. I highly recommend La Trave for an amazing meal ☝️ These people have years of experience claudio zaniolo switzerland
