I went on boiled meat day. The dish was good, not a large one, but still good. It was well cooked, and the side dishes were good too. I thought it would be a little less expensive given the somewhat old-fashioned feel of the place. But okay.

We were invited for a Christmas lunch, and it was a wonderful experience. We sampled various dishes, and I must say it was an extraordinary meal. I'll be back later for a special meal with my wife.

13/03/2026: A lovely place, just steps from the Santa Caterina Civic Museums. Welcoming and cheerful staff. Carefully prepared and unique dishes. Good value. Recommended.
13/03/2026: One of the top 3 experiences I've had in Italy. Top 5 in Europe. The service was understated yet friendly. The Veneto Rosso Calleselle was a great suggestion. Highly recommend the veal cheeks and the rabbit. Beautiful presentation for each dish and bursting with flavours.

23/02/2026: An excellent experience at this lovely restaurant, curiously located under a now-closed portico in the historic center. There's also a small outdoor area. Everything was meticulously designed, from the tables and furnishings to the restrooms and background music. The dishes, both seafood and meat, both elaborate and traditional, were all excellent, I must say.
21/02/2026: Top place, even for an intimate dinner with friends.
