Always welcome to return to this restaurant-pinseria, every time there is a new dish, something new that is worth trying; this time it was the turn of the sampietrino carbonara, a really tasty fried appetizer. As always, it was nice to stop here.

Like feeling al dente.
In an old commercial, rigatoni became the bulwark of a simple and ausonic authenticity in defense of the spread of a culinary Gallicism that implied a fatuous elegance... in short, rigatoni is better for feeling truly al dente.
The author of the commercial was Fellini and after decades we still believe that the Maestro was right in celebrating the pasta format created to improve the hold of the sauce, a format that today we would define as smart.
The idea of taste optimization at the base of rigatoni lives again in this restaurant, near the dream factory that was Cinecittà, where we sometimes go with the family.
It lives on for example in the combinations that weave together in the tuna tartare with citrus fruits, or in the cod meatballs served on a bed of chickpea humus or in the challenging potato, mozzarella and mushroom pie on parmesan fondue. It is exalted in the aubergine millefglie (a smart parmigiana I would dare say)......a river of flavors like the flow of sometimes dazzling thoughts à la "8 1/2".
It relaunches itself in chestnut ravioli on gorgonzola and truffle fondue, decidedly in spaghetti with tuna, capers and Taggiasca olives (perhaps I would have insisted with lemon) or delicately with sea bass, bottarga and chopped pistachios... an "Amarcord" of regional flavors.
It triumphs in the Danish sirloin cut, very tender, accompanied by very thin French fries....and here the game is simple and didactic: "i Vitelloni".
Last but not least, "Dolce Vita" and sweet hot chocolate cake with zabaglione and chocolate chips, but also tiramisu in "Boccaccio ('70)", the preparation of which becomes a scheduled film on the screen.
And even the large window overlooking the kitchen looks like a large 16/9 on which the "orchestra rehearsal" of food is staged.
So "The road" to get from dreams to taste is traced by those intelligent lines that characterize Rigatoni.

In my opinion, the best in the area for the quality/price ratio.
A wide choice for all tastes, from pizza, to pasta, to meat and much more, with truly quality products. I recommend it.

We had lunch during work, I must say that the food is good but the prices for a business lunch are not exactly appropriate, but this is my consideration as being during the week and fast I expect more popular prices but the dishes are abundant.
Nothing to say about the place, the restaurant is modern and can host different types of events, friendly and helpful staff. Better come back for dinner. Parking is non-existent.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I can say that the experience was extraordinary. The cuisine is exceptional, with a pizza that to define exquisite would be an understatement. The crust is perfectly crunchy, with an authentic flavor that is rarely found. The beer, a careful and high-quality selection, perfectly complements every meal.
The cost is absolutely justified by the quality offered. Every bite reflects attention to detail and love of cooking. The environment is welcoming and relaxing, with background music that helps create a pleasant and convivial atmosphere.
But what makes this restaurant truly special is the welcome. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel at home from the first moment. It is clear that the customer is the center of attention here.

Sono ritornato a Roma per lavoro con un mio collega, e siccome l'altra volta c'eravamo trovati bene avevamo pensato di fare un salto... Che dire si mangia abbastanza bene i fiori di zucca sono molto buoni... I straccetti di manzo non erano non erano male pero 18 euro una bistecca con due funghi mi sembra esagerato...
