Fantastic experience. We happened upon it last year and met Paolo, known as "the Supreme," who treated us to the best bombardino ever. From that moment on, we decided to return specifically to see him again and relive that experience... and his legendary bombardino did not disappoint! Caught up in the excitement, time flew by, and since we couldn't get back to the other valley, we decided to stay the night, with dinner and breakfast. A perfect choice. The entire team works impeccably, closely, and with great passion. We felt welcomed and pampered. We had a wonderful time. See you soon, and thank you for everything!

In both winter and summer, the Belvedere is a guaranteed success. Excellent menu and warm hospitality await. You can reach it by cable car, then the refuge provides transportation to the location and the Crest cable car to return to Champoluc. Highly recommended!

A unique place. We dined at high altitude, nestled in the embrace of the mountain and under a starry sky. Paolo, "the supreme," welcomed us and completely won us over. An authentic and direct character, he orchestrates this place with skill and passion. His staff: exceptional. Excellent cuisine. Everyone was truly beautiful. He will remain in our hearts. Dinner at the "Supremo" refuge. What can I say? A dream location in the middle of the slopes. Excellent food. Reasonable prices. Transport by cable car and ferry cat, everything was perfectly organized thanks to Ramona, who looked after us throughout. We will definitely be back to eat and perhaps stay overnight at the refuge for a great day's skiing. The owner is a smart and knowledgeable person, but above all friendly and a little crazy, which never hurts!!!!!! The Supremo welcomed us warmly and entertained us throughout the evening. The waiters were very kind; she is from Puglia, he is from Sardinia. Top wine, top chef. Congratulations!!!!!!

There are mountain places that linger in your memory, and the Rifugio Belvedere in Champoluc is one of them. You arrive skiing, unlace your boots at the door, and realize you're literally on the slopes: a rare privilege. The most surprising thing is how easily, in the middle of a day of skiing, you can return to your room, collapse on the bed for half an hour, and then come back out with rested legs and the desire to go again. In the morning, when you open your eyes, the silence of the fresh snow streams in through the window along with the illuminated mountains: the slopes are there, freshly groomed, completely empty, waiting just for you. Grab a coffee, eat some toast, put on your boots, and in a few minutes you're already on the slopes. And then there's the food. It's impossible not to fall in love with the chef's dishes. A wonderful treat, because, as we all know, the beauty of the mountains also includes enjoying a delicious meal, and I guarantee you this place will amaze you. I won't say anything else to avoid spoiling anything, but there's a lot I could say. Making all this even more special, as if that weren't enough, are Paolo and his staff: they have the rare gift of making you feel both guest and friend. The laughter, the stories, a spontaneous welcome that can't be invented. It's a kind of warmth that, when you leave, brings with it a slight melancholy, the same one that makes you promise to return as soon as possible.
