For me everything is always at the top. I very rarely give 5 stars. Great organization both in the kitchen and in the service, extensive menu and always excellent quality.
You feel comfortable and at home, in a beautiful restaurant made up of many special rooms, where you cannot fail to notice the passion that the owners put into their work.

The historic "Regina" restaurant 👑 managed by the Castellani brothers (Sergio 🪂💪, Anna, Fabrizio and Giovanni) is a place where you can find dishes🍝 from the Sabina tradition and beyond.
I've known this place for many years and every time it's always a pleasure to go back with family 👨👩👦👦 and friends.
The owners are available and attentive; the staff is discreet and fast.
Excellent value for money.

Lunch is very long but the restaurant was full on Sunday so we waited both for the starters and especially for the first courses.
Very good food and generous portions.

The place is huge and crowded on weekends. The fixed menu is very abundant in quantity but mediocre in quality. For €35 I would prefer less quantity and something more refined.

Beautiful, very large restaurant rooms.
Immaculate tablecloths, spotless dinner sets and cutlery.
Excellent food, arrived hot even though the room was full.
The first courses were made with fresh pasta!
The waiters are kind.
Musical band at the end of lunch!

Every time we pass through those parts it is always a must. Excellent cuisine as well as excellent service, tasty and plentiful dishes at a truly affordable price. Large parking area....must try.

Il ristorante è una sicurezza da trent'anni nella zona, adatto a matrimoni, banchetti o semplici pranzi della domenica. È inutile fare tanti giri di parole: si mangia benissimo, si paga il giusto.
