Hospitable and after hours, ate well

We had a great lunch, with an excellent price/quality ratio. They served us quickly with such kindness.

Food was simple but good. Service was good too, very nice and friendly service. Place is quite outdated and there is a quite strong smell of old.

Cozy place, friendly staff, great service

I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. Stop before taking the Simplon pass; we arrived at 1.30pm without a reservation, yet even though they were fully booked, the manager welcomed us warmly and found us a table for two. The food is simple but very tasty, satisfying portions, the stuffed peppers are a spectacle! The environment is rustic and familiar, no frills but a lot of substance. I don't know when we will return but if it happens, we will certainly stop again.
