I found this place on the sea and, since it was lunch time, I decided to stop and eat... to say it was good is an understatement... a place with a breathtaking view of the sea, kind and helpful staff... exceptional dishes! I recommend it to everyone and I myself will definitely go back.

Food was delicious. My gnocchi alla spada was super tasty. As well as my partner’s seafood pasta. They have options for gluten intolerant people. Highly recommended.

I’ve walked by this waterfront restaurant many times, opting instead for one of the less expensive options on the place. I was wrong. Their fare was average, while this place is truly a cut above. Service was friendly and available in several languages (I speak English, French and Italian, the hostess and the server spoke all 3, and quite well). On this rainy Wednesday in April, we were seated next to the window, the sea was steps away. Thus, the service and the setting were perfect. Now for the food. Playa Manola specializes in seafood and fish. Being allergic to shellfish, I opted for the Gnocchi with swordfish. My companion had the Octopus with super thin sliced baby artichokes, currently in season. Both dishes were spectacular, my gnocchi surprised me with the richness of the sauce, not at all “fishy”, just flavorful. The artichokes have become my new favorite way to eat artichokes. I recommend 100%, this is now my go-to restaurant in Arma di Taggia.

You have to go here! I don't know when I was last in such a great restaurant. Very nice and competent staff, excellent food and a perfect location with sea views. Everything from the antipasti to the dessert is recommended. Very good price-performance ratio. Personal tip: The Spaghetti alla Vongole or the Frittura.

The #1 in Arma di Taggia and surroundings. Without going into the refinement of La Conchiglia (but also its stellar prices) the revisited typical cuisine finds balance, substance and innovation. Even in the desserts (spectacular the Finto cappuccino and the Biscotto di Taggia). Adequate prices and a location unrivaled by the competition. Even the service and hospitality do not leave any room for criticism.

Il n°1 ad Arma di Taggia e dintorni. Senza andare nella ricercatezza de La Conchiglia (ma anche nei suoi prezzi stellari) la cucina tipica rivisitata trova equilibrio, sostanza e innovazione. Anche nei dolci (spettacolari il Finto cappuccino e il Biscotto di Taggia). Prezzi adeguati e location romantica subito sopra la spiaggia. Anche servizio ed ospitalità non prestano alcun fianco alle critiche.

Nous avons déguster une salade d’artichauts du pays ,accompagnée de morue marinée au citron et marjolaine fraîche extraordinaire. Les autres plats étaient tous aussi bon . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’équipe du restaurant chaleureuse. Courtoise et très professionnel. Bon la vue des différentes terrasses est bien sûr magique.
