Beautiful restaurant in Canniccatì. Refined atmosphere and attentive staff. Excellent raw and cooked fish dishes, incredible caviar and anchovy tartare tastings, delicious wine, and mouth-watering desserts. Highly recommended!

The Zamù restaurant is located at the entrance to Canicatti. The establishment does not have its own parking lot. Parking is therefore on the street. Regarding the setting, it is rather refined and well decorated. The restaurant is well laid out. The service was impeccable. The waiters poured the wine themselves each time. There was one small drawback, however. The dishes arrived too quickly. I recommend asking for a longer break between courses. Regarding the dishes, they were generous and very good. The plates were well presented. Another small drawback was that the choice of meat dishes was limited due to a lack of ingredients on the menu. A solution was found, however. Despite everything, I recommend you visit this restaurant.

Excellent experience. In Sicily, there's an expression used to express immense enjoyment... I was so happy. Today, I was so happy to try two fish-based dishes. Excellent pairings, elegant flavors... I highly recommend it. Very beautiful place, impressive wine list, attentive but unobtrusive staff. 5 stars without hesitation.

Welcoming and modern environment, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Careful in the use of good quality raw materials and also carefully prepared, with attention to the presentation of the dish which enhances everything. The quality of the food is excellent and the waiters are very friendly. You should avoid using plasticized single-place placemats. It is preferable to serve natural lemon (we are in Sicily!) rather than plastic bottles with lemon juice-like liquid inside. Furthermore, the customer's requests to avoid the presence of sauces on the plate must be taken into account.
