Elegant place, even if minimalist, welcoming, excellent table service, dishes cooked with art.. Excellent experience, which I have repeated and I intend to return often.

I had dinner at Zamù a month ago to celebrate a birthday. The dishes are exceptional. Poached egg with delicate and tasty truffle with a buttery and palatable crumble. Despite the first and appetizers that amazed me, the dessert left me totally speechless. I highly recommend dinner at this place and especially recommend getting their revisited tiramisu. The minus star on the service is because there was a bit of a wait between the starters and the first course, but maybe it was an unlucky evening. They made up for it with the dishes

Abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante di cui avevamo sentito parlare molto bene. Location molto carina e curata, personale gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Presenza ma mai invadenza!!! Ottime tutte le portate. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Materia prima davvero di ottima qualità. Penso che sarà uno dei nostri ristoranti del cuore. Sicuramente ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo. Ne vale la pena!!!

Modern and comfortable environment. Trained, attentive and kind staff. All the dishes are delicious, even the bread, the oil and the butter.... And then the desserts.... A delicacy

I was in this delightful pizza restaurant where dishes are served that satisfy both the eye and the palate. The service is impeccable.... Very attentive to customer requests, and to matching dishes to tastes. The pizza deserves a separate chapter, the scrocchiarelle and the genuine ingredients are excellent, but I think the cooking is not adequate, the very hard bottom suggests a high temperature oven, at least the base of the oven. Last criticism for good reasons, if you do catering and pizzerias the cutlery must be diversified, you can't cut a pizza with a knife that doesn't cut.... You need KNIVES that cut. For anyone who wants a caress, I recommend going to ZAMÙ

15/08/2024: L'ansia, gli ultimi dettagli,l'arrivo in chiesa,e poi... Il ricevimento qui al Parco Chiaramontano. A partire dall’organizzazione, alla professionalità dello staff, al cibo, tutto perfetto oltre ogni immaginazione! Location molto curata in ogni aspetto, ampi spazi per accogliere gli ospiti e il tutto circondato dalla natura più pura e incontaminata. Per non parlare del menù, apprezzato da tutti sia per qualità e quantità e prestando grande cura e attenzione per le persone con allergie e intolleranze. Ci siamo divertiti tanto e, ad oggi, ogni volta che ripensiamo a quel giorno ci emozioniamo tantissimo. Avremo per sempre un ricordo indelebile del nostro matrimonio. Avete reso il giorno più bello della nostra vita fantastico, ci avete fatto vivere un sogno! Ringraziamo soprattutto Innocenzo che si è rivelato sin dal primo incontro una persona molto capace, esperto e attento a soddisfare il più possibile tutte le nostre richieste e a darci preziosi consigli, lo ricorderemo per sempre con molto affetto. Che dire, non avremmo alcun dubbio a scegliere nuovamente e consigliare il Parco Chiaramontano! ❤️ Francesco e Aurora

07/08/2024: There was no parking lot near the restaurant I originally wanted to go to, so I ended up going to this restaurant near my accommodation. I was a little worried because there were no Korean reviews, but I was surprised at how delicious the food was😨😨 For the three of us, we had octopus with lemon mayonnaise and Sicilian eggplant caponata as appetizers, and shrimp pasta (my favorite!) and vongole for main dishes. I ordered pasta, and the appetizer was so delicious that I added wine in the middle as well👍 The wines recommended were all Sicilian wines, which were clean and went very well with the food, and all four dishes were so delicious that I couldn't tell which was better or worse!! The staff were all friendly and it was a perfect dinner😊 I hope this restaurant becomes famous! I totally recommend it👍
