Another aspect that positively struck me was the friendliness and preparation of the staff. We were greeted with a genuine smile and accompanied to our table with professionalism. Throughout the dinner, the waiters were attentive to our needs, ready to answer any questions about the dishes and provide valuable advice. Welcoming and modern environment, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Careful in the use of good quality raw materials and also carefully prepared, with attention to the presentation of the dish which enhances everything. The first courses were very good, including the gluten-free one and praise for the offer of gluten-free bread to accompany the starters. Very Recommended

The quality of the food is excellent and the waiters are very friendly. You should avoid using plasticized single-place placemats. It is preferable to serve natural lemon (we are in Sicily!) rather than plastic bottles with lemon juice-like liquid inside. Furthermore, the customer's requests to avoid the presence of sauces on the plate must be taken into account.

The place appears "important", well cared for and furnished. the offer of dishes, always too abundant for Sicilian use, is assorted. The meat is of excellent quality and this justifies the price. The international selection of cheeses to be enjoyed at the end of the meal is very pleasant, as was once customary. It is certainly worth a small detour along the way,
