We stumbled upon this place yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise. The dumplings in broth were delicious, and the goulash was excellent. We returned today, and the pork shank with sauerkraut was excellent and very filling.

Hotel Elefant

19/01/2026: I was with a group from Poland for New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful time, the food was delicious, the rooms were modest but comfortable, some had balconies. The views were of the mountains, which were illuminated by the rising sun in the morning. The service was great. I recommend it.
03/01/2026: New Year's Eve spent at the Elefant Hotel was fantastic. Friendly service and amazing food, at least for New Year's Eve. Totally amazing. The town is quiet but well-organized. They issue free transportation passes for everywhere on buses, coaches, and trains. I recommend this place.

Ristorante Schennerhof

28/12/2025: We went for pizza this evening....what can I say? The service was excellent, and the waiter was very friendly and welcoming, and he was also a Parma fan...we're from Parma! We'll definitely be back.
