It was better when he made CacioKebaba and when he used local products such as caciocavallo and bran peppers. Now he has homogenized into the masses. Despite all the panuozzi dough, it always remains good. Friendly and sociable staff, even if the first table of the evening, booked in the afternoon, they placed us near the bathroom.

26/06/2025: Delicious food and a nice place, but the waiters spoke so softly I couldn't understand them, and a table of Americanos when I went was very, very loud. No one said anything to them. It was disappointing! Plus, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the music didn't work either, all strange for a Michelin-starred restaurant. They really need to improve! I couldn't get over how cold it was; they had the air conditioning on full blast. I asked if they could turn it down, and they turned it up. In the end, they had to give me a blanket and I had dinner with it the whole time. 😰😣 Small details that make all the difference...

29/04/2025: Both the pizza and the panuozzo were excellent, the girls were very kind and helpful. I recommend it because when we are in those parts it is a fixed stop.
16/03/2025: It should be noted that I haven't tried the pizza yet. Panuozzo and crocchettone are good, perhaps a little exaggerated in seasoning but I think it's due to the taste. Quite fast waiting time, you must also understand that in busy periods it is not easy to satisfy all reservations immediately. It also has tables inside. Fair prices
