The hotel is a bit dated, but it's quiet and clean, and offers a generous breakfast. It's an excellent location for both the lake and, during this time of year, for visiting Christmas markets like Rango and Tenno.

A wonderful experience, a very welcoming place, well-maintained rooms, and meticulously cleaned. The hotel is a little dated, but very simple and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great location, shame about the slightly dated rooms. Very friendly staff! Parking is available inside the hotel...the waterfalls are just steps away.

Dated hotel in a strategic location. The Varone waterfalls are just a 2-minute walk away, and the center of Riva del Garda is a 7-8-minute drive away. Parking is available on-site, but not necessarily because there are fewer spaces than the hotel reserves. The rooms are clean but dated and lack air conditioning, so it's quite hot in the summer, although a fan is provided, which is still insufficient. The hotel accepts dogs of all sizes for a surcharge; they must obviously stay outside for breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and quick service for any issues.

Excellent value for money, so you can't ask for more, excellent varied and abundant breakfast, the rooms are a little dated, but I repeat, fair price.

Varone is Riva's neighboring town, so it takes a bit of time to get to Lake Garda. However, accommodation is considerably cheaper than in Riva, and getting around is easy by bus. And it's free if you download the "Mio Trentino" app.

03/01/2026: Very good food, poor service. They served the main courses 20 minutes apart, forcing you to eat to keep it from getting cold. When you'd finished, the others arrived. To be reviewed.

07/01/2026: This restaurant and bar is located near the Laghet ski school, making it very convenient for a quick lunch or a break during a day of skiing. I went here for lunch with my family during the Christmas period: it was understandably crowded and difficult to find a table, but we still managed to get seated. Despite the crowds, the wait was reasonable. Prices were slightly high, but in line with the area and the season. I ordered the "skier's plate" with eggs and speck: good and filling, the only shame was the potatoes, which were fried rather than sautéed, as one would expect from the traditional recipe. Overall, a good option if you're near the ski school and don't want to take the lifts up.
