04/12/2025: The restaurant is very pleasant and well-maintained, both inside and out, clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is undoubtedly positive. As for the food, the food is good, and I have no complaints about the quality or preparation. They do their job effectively. The most critical issues are with the service, which unfortunately detract from the overall experience. Positives: Some of the staff are kind, courteous, and contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for customers. Negatives: Others display attitudes that I would describe as rude or impolite. Sometimes you get the distinct feeling that they're doing you a favor by serving you. I've noticed a particular lack of professionalism in handling complaints or requests for clarification: when I try to explain a problem, they refuse to discuss it, dismissing the customer and leaving them "as if nothing had happened." Suggestion for Management ​I invite management to reflect on the importance of hospitality. It would be appropriate for all staff to maintain a calmer and more professional approach, demonstrating their commitment and enjoyment of this profession, given that it is a professional choice and not an imposed obligation.
