Nice place and warmth added to the super kindness of the staff, really the type. Really honest prices and very good pizza with a variety of flavors. Definitely recommended. Parking available.

Alla continua ricerca di 0pzioni gluten free ci imbattiamo in questo ristorante.... da celiaca era da tanto tempo che non assaggiavo una pizza così buona!! Un impasto che mi ha ricordato molto quelli glutinosi!!! Una meraviglia!!Anche il pesce e i secondi buonissimi! Personale gentilissimo e proprietario simpaticissimo!!! Ci ritorneremo!

Extremely attentive and kind owners and employees. Super pizzas, also in size. The portions of the dishes are also generous. A place to dine willingly and with moderate prices, you can even go often!!!

27/11/2024: I was in this really nice place a few days ago. The dishes ordered were exquisite, served in well-studied presentations, the service was on time and the atmosphere was more than pleasant. It is an environment immersed in nature, perfect if you are looking for a quieter location surrounded by greenery, furthermore, if you walk around the restaurant, you may be lucky enough to admire some beautiful horses and other farm animals kept in a building that (I assume) it is part of the restaurant.

27/08/2024: I have been to Maurizio Protopapa's Osteria three times, the first with my parents and my brother, the second to celebrate my brother's graduation and the third with a group of friends. All three times I was satisfied with both the food and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the owner of the business
26/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Martano. Welcoming location inside while the outside one, in a historic alley in the centre, is truly very suggestive. Excellent traditional Salento dishes. Precise, punctual and very courteous service. For us who are loyal customers it's a bit like coming home every time. Thanks for everything
