This was such a lovely experience. The hosts were very nice. The bread is SO good. My father and I got suppli, the Abbacchio Scottadito and the Rigatoni Alla Amatriciana (pictured here). My father says his lamb was prepared perfectly, and I can say the same for my amatriciana. We will be coming again.

Locale appena aperto, inaugurato pochi giorni fa! Al momento in cui scrivo non c'è ancora l'insegna, per trovarlo dirigetevi a Piazza San Cosimato a Trastevere e troverete questa piccola gelateria fatata sul lato che diventa Via Roma Libera (effettivamente la via è un tutt'uno con la piazza). Un gelato d'eccellenza creato dal genio di Maria Agnese Spagnuolo che al latte, panna e zucchero aggiunge fiori, erbe, spezie, cioccolato, noci, pistacchi, miele per creare gusti unici.Voglio solo darvi alcuni esempi di ciò che mi ha incuriosito e che potrete trovare (ovviamente dipende dalla stagione dell'anno), oltre a tutti i gusti classici e i sorbetti, prodotti senza glutine e con materie prime genuine, senza coloranti:

27/08/2025: We were there last night to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the four-course tasting menu, which certainly exceeded our expectations. The dishes were well-prepared, with innovative and very interesting pairings, and the service was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, all in a truly enchanting setting. We greatly appreciated the service, which was able to advise and guide us through the selection of an excellent wine and a few treats to celebrate the occasion.
