Always a delight! We've been to this restaurant four out of five times, and each visit has been a real highlight. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted warmly, and the service was attentive and warm without being intrusive. The food is fantastic: fresh, lovingly prepared, and full of flavor. We especially enjoyed the homemade dessert this time, which was simply divine. Drinks and refills also arrived quickly and without any problems.

12/01/2026: Lu Furat is nestled among Alghero's old stone walls, as if the restaurant has grown out of history itself. When you sit down, you are surrounded by a soft murmur, candlelight and the scent of freshly baked pizza and garlic that slowly fills the air. It is warm, intimate and completely stress-free. The food is rustic and self-evident. The pizza has the perfect balance between crispy bottom and soft middle, the pasta is generous and full of flavor, and each dish feels prepared with respect for tradition rather than trends. A glass of wine in your hand, stones under your feet and time that suddenly doesn't matter. You stay here for a long time. Talking a little quieter, laughing a little more, letting the evening take shape. Lu Furat is not just a restaurant – it is part of the soul of Alghero, where food, history and presence merge into something you take home with you.
