I have a strange feeling as I write this review, and I must admit it's the first time it's happened to me. It's like experiencing a small internal conflict: on the one hand, the desire to protect this place for myself, as one would a precious treasure; on the other, the unstoppable urge to share it with everyone, because such a wonderful experience cannot remain hidden. Wonderful and, at the same time, unexpected: I wasn't familiar with the place and chose it here, relying solely on reviews and a few photos, which, however, don't do it justice. We ate divinely, expertly advised and guided by expert hands—in fact, very expert ones! An experience that doesn't just satisfy the palate, but accompanies and surprises in every detail. If I had to sum up the meaning of this place in a few words, I'd say it's the place where Marche cuisine is sublime and elevated to true gastronomic art.
