Strongly not recommended. On the occasion of our first order, out of three pizzas requested, two were delivered completely incorrectly. Even with great indulgence, we decided to accept the pizzas anyway, underlining the importance of greater accuracy in subsequent deliveries. However, the following week, the same error occurred again, forcing us to refuse the order as it did not comply with the specific requests.
To our great dismay, about two hours after the refusal, the owner showed up personally at our home, adopting a seriously threatening and verbally aggressive attitude. It is absolutely unacceptable to expect a customer to accept an incorrect order, containing unwanted products, as if it were intended for another person. This circumstance is made even more serious by the potential exposure to health risks, such as allergic reactions, due to the arbitrary inclusion of ingredients not requested by the customer.
The episode described highlights behavior marked by a shocking lack of respect and an unacceptable level of rudeness towards customers, reaching a peak of severity that cannot be tolerated.
