A huge selection of good family food at a good price, and very good service. We went twice in our trip to Genoa and everyone found something to enjoy. If you want the finest Italian cuisine look elsewhere.

We had pasta, it was okay, although the carbonara was very fatty, almost too fatty.
The Aperol was, well, unimaginative. The service was okay.

Don't believe the bad reviews. The restaurant is wonderful. We accidentally found a gem. The portions are large, everything is very tasty. The service is unusually friendly for Europe. The prices are also low. I recommend

Very nice pizza, but service is a little bit slow. You’re right at the street, which is both good and not so good (cars can drive by at inches of the chairs).

I absolutely don't understand the bad reviews.
For the price you pay here, you get a very good deal.
I was impressed by the selection.
Sure, it's not gourmet quality, but it's perfectly adequate for the average tourist.
The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

I've been there twice in a row for dinner, once I had the trofie al pesto and once a margherita pizza, both very good. The prices are excellent and the staff is helpful. The tables are a bit narrow, wobbly, and right next to the road, but otherwise everything was fine.
